You don't see the huge green button? ;) This little screenshot lacks some contrast. But the rest of the site doesn't. And it's an app someone will use a whole day. It should be relaxed on the eyes.
I like this more each time I see it, one thing I can't help thinking is the use of faint line splitters between each of the links would go down a treat!?
i agree with Michael Villar about the contrast.
Sure it looks very nice, but don't forget that not everyone has quality screens/displays like we have.
Low contrast means the eyes have to work harder.
Love it man. Curious, are you using photoshop? By the looks of the text aliasing it appears that way. If so.. I bet it was annoying to get those beautiful edges sharp with the vector tools having to nudge the edges to each pixel.

Nice set choice! I like the subtle color to the icons. Its enough to make them stand out and give them some dimension.
