This morning's pixel calisthenics. I really dig the geometric simplicity of Greg's WIP typeface.
Some notes on my alts: I hung the bars of the E and F out to the left to echo the B. The K is a combination of the existing K and the center of the B. The middle leg of M and W borrow from the top of the D. The X was a first attempt at resolving the overlapping curves in 4px—by eliminating the overlap entirely. Baby met bathwater :) The Z has a more gradual transition from right to left with an added bar that mirrors the E and F.

@font-face please! :)
Will this become a useable typeface at some point? I imagine this could be translated into a beautiful condensed script as well... Anyways I love it.
You guys will have to check with Greg about fonts and @font-face. I'm just a pixelated postal worker delivering my low res take on his original letterforms.
Wow. This rules! The typeface is a WIP on my end for sure and is pretty far off from being completed BUT when it is... it will be up on http://context-foundry.com/ for purchase.
NICE WORK DUDE ! Really liked letters "A" "B" & "P"
@Shaun Also, I really dig your alternate on the Z. Will be making that change to the original!
Awesome! (I just noticed that my Y is fubar. Used the wrong radius on the descender. D'oh!)
Really nice take on this! Really like how you interpreted letters like 'B' and 'R' in pixel form. I love your alt 'Z' too, helps differentiate it from the 'S'.
