AnyForty Pride Refix Entry - Lewis Webster

AnyForty had most recently just announced a competition in response to their latest release of the Pride Refix Collection, a collection based off one of the brands most successful designs 'Pride' by UK Illustrator, Tom Mac. Many artists had collaborated on this who are leading Illustrators and artists such as Ben Brown, Hydro74, Dan Mumford and another 9 artists including the original artist, Tom Mac.

The objective of the competition was to remix the original pride piece in our own way with a maximum of 6 colours. The only limitation in this was imagination. We had the option to do either a front print or back print (I chose front print due to timing). The winning piece will receive £200 for the AnyForty Website store as well as it being printed along side the other pieces within the new collection.

For me, this was something I wanted AnyForty to do for a long time as I have been following the brand for many years as well as it having a massive effect on my motivation to become a Graphic designer, Illustrator and Digital Artist. I always wanted the chance to design something for the brand as a thank you for the amount of awesomeness that the brand puts in. This was also a chance to explore with using a strict colour palette as well as just having fun and pushing my skills. I really hope you enjoy this project!
