    Trimmed the portfolio site down to let the work do the talking (hopefully that's a good thing). Also added some performance improvements and better cross-browser compatibility (though still best viewed in Safari/Chrome).

    Awesome! The only thing that's griping me is that I have to align the pictures perfectly so that the fades at the top and bottom stay away from the content.

    Not a huge deal, but I think it would help if you got rid of it. :)

    @Nik Thanks! I just noticed that today as well- on my 27" CD there's enough gap that the fade doesn't interfere with the center image, but on smaller (i.e. normal) sized screens it's an issue. Would you suggest I adjust it, or take it out entirely?

    I'd definitely play around with it. Who knows, it might look better without the fade altogether or just with a smaller size. Try making it close to half the size of the original and see if that looks better! :)
