   Dan, this is a great idea. I think you pretty much covered everything a potential buyer could need to know before actually viewing the property. One thing that initially confused me until I saw the pictures was the 1st Floor plan. Maybe label the back patio. I was unsure if that was the yard, a deck or what. Great job on the floor plans as well! Best of luck with the sale.
