Very cool Steve, I never got to see how the art was used! Still a bit of a mystery to me, hah. I got paid, so I didn't want to bother WB too much about it. How did your stuff come out? Did the detail hold up in the printing?
I designed personalized licensed templates for a company called Qualex. We would place a photo into these designs and print them on coffee mugs, t-shirts, key chains, you name it! Check out the designs here.http://ollicedesign.com/licensed-art-design/dark-knight-line/ You made the assets at a very high resolution, which held up very well.
