Token tags are cool. Pressing the + creates an empty token and is filled with a name (metaphor!). A contextual submit button makes things more personal.
IMO maybe the text inside the rounded square blue tag bubbles and the green send button could be a liiiittle smaller. MAYBE, just a suggestion. Otherwise, awesomely subtle and comfy. :)
Looks good, but isn't the + button a bit unnecessary? It seems more optimal that when the user clicks in the input field, it automatically goes to the dotted bubble state.

@Myers, it also does type-autocomplete. But since—in this case—people are used to typing emails, the button makes the tokens more discoverable.
