New S9y Default Theme Head

   Working on a new default theme for the Serendipity (s9y) weblog engine. This is supposed to be the active theme in any new s9y installation, so I went with "plain and simple", but it also has to honor the established CI of s9y (mostly through colors). This is really hard to design since it's supposed to appeal to as many users as possible – which is next to impossible anyway.

   The image used is just a demo img, it's not going to be part of the theme. Also, the webfont (Droid Sans) is not very likely to be a default setting, users will be able to pick from five preselected fonts from the Google webfonts directory (or just go with Helvetica/Arial as a fallback). It's HTML5, responsive design, based on H5BP v2.
