This is just awesome. I would love to see it in action.
Here is my nit-pick: the rounded corners on the active tab seem weird. I would recommend just making it a right angle so as to appear more realistic.
Overall = stunning.

Very nice UI. Love all the subtle highlights, gradations, inner shadows, etc... Icons are also beautiful. You're a photoshop master :-)
