    I agree with adding a bit of white highlights, just to give it a slight bit of dimension in the feathers. But then again, that may complicate the style and ruin the beautiful simplicity.

    Side note: The teal and black are great and add to the distress of the image. The colors are just close enough to each other to cause me to squint and feel uncomfortable, which of course adds to the concept.

    Great job on the design, sadly though, on such heartbreaking subject matter.
