Bulk Uploader/Editor V3

As part of our recent licensing update efforts, a small team (Chris Winn, @Josh Johnson and I) worked on upgrading our Bulk Editor/Uploader from V2 to V3.

The past two versions needed a lot of improvement and they weren't easily accessible to shop owners. So, we decided to sprint for about 4 weeks on a new version that is way more useful for shops. We had some constraints that we had to work with (e.g. not being 100% fluid responsive yet), but made many vast improvements to this important tool in our system.

We explored two other directions not shown here: (a) a solution that used modals for editing single or bulk product details, and (b) an anchored editing strip (we used this in V2) with improvements. Ultimately, we went for this two panel, inline solution to allow for quick editing.

We've got more improvements that we'll ship to this feature in the future (such as product searching). For now, it feels great to get something useful for shops out the door, even if it isn't in its final form.
