   I really like the execution here. But concept, I think can be improved. I mean, the steel cog is seemingly becoming real from the blueprint, but there is an eraser rubbing it off too. Which seems to suggest that the blueprint was turned into a real cog without proper planning. For an "Under Construction" metaphor, just the blue print with chalk drawing and eraser would have done I think. But nevertheless, really nice job on all the individual elements.
