   you should try left aligning the paragraph below the heading, reduce the size of the header just a little bit, and then adjust the rag for the 'writer' paragraph ... I'm pretty sure this design will look amazing then. Right now my eyes are just looking for some kind of grid structure.

   Have you tried a thin rule between each of the three columns?

   rules wouldn't work too well in this case, because they'll make the uneven spacing between the paragraphs even more prominent. Besides they would clash with the horizontal rules that are already there
