Thanks Mr K. I think I will experiment with the fonts a little more, it was difficult to find a Serif that worked well at all, so I will definitely try some sans out to see if they work any better. They'll probably be too ropey in Windows to use anyway.
Early days yet for this one, but happy with the direction so far.
Thanks Joe - I love Proxima Nova! Unfortunately the client is unlikely to care about typefaces as much as I do, and there won't be much chance of justifying the cost of a commercial font delivery service like TypeKit to them.
I'm stuck with what's available from Google Webfonts - hopefully I can find something close enough to Proxima Nova that will do the design justice. Look out for a rebound in the near future ;)

Nice work Dan. I like the grid layout of this and the top nav looks lovely!
Not too sure on the serif font if I'm honest. I think a sans-serif would work a lot better.

Dan, the navigation is really superb! If I may, I'd suggest trying Poxima Nova in place of the current Serif font. Looking great so far!

Rebound
Work-in-progress - part 2
by Dan Luton
Rebound of previous shot using a Sans typeface called "Lato", which lends itself to a cleaner look I think.
