mjedesign logomark V2 Another stab at the branding. I like the logomark shape, so that isn't likely to change. This time the type is in museo. I like the "less serious" look of it. August 27, 2011

I bumped the 'mje' to 700 and left 'design' at 300. 900 just looked too strong. I think I am pretty close with this one.

I'm with Galen on that, my favourite so far as well.

I wonder about the drop shadows on the text and shape, it might work better without it or with it being a bit lighter/more transparent.

Otherwise; near perfect.

As for the drop shadows I may or may not keep them. It'll depend on what background the logo gets when the site is completed. I felt it was warranted in this situation to bring it off the yellow some.
