Permission Settings_ Freebie

Today we had a Hackathon within our whole team to come up with some ideas and their execution. They were working on simple permission settings backend and i helped them with this mock. Their whole codebase is open source in github. So i decided to give away mine! :P
The files are not that much clean though. Enjoy!
