A regular Illustrator task: You can offset a path easy, but you need to bring the offsetted path back to front to be on top of the offset shape you just created.
Speaking of the offset path (or thick white outline as we refer to it) ... Dan/Meagan, you're missing the white outline around our t beside the Tweet this link. How dare you! ;-)
