   I am not with the groupies, and I don't really like to sugarcoat critique, so, if you don't mind :) -

   Shield icon is iff-ish. It looks flat compared to the smiley, V is off-center, its color is a bit too desaturated and the icon almost blends with the background.

   That being said, it might work quite well in a larger context... 400x300 crops tend to skew perception quite a bit.
