Bootstrap Alerts Redux

1. Pro Mark Otto

   Took a pass at updating the colors for the alerts in Bootstrap. Wasn't liking them and the contrast was just way too low. These are less intense and a bit tighter on the padding.

   Still not 100% happy, but getting there.

   Better - I like it. Not 100% sure about the first color, but everything else looks great.

   White on yellow was quite hard to read, so great fix!
   But the yellow could be a bit brighter :), it's a warning after all :)

   I think the yellow needs a bit more orange in it. Just a bit. Give it more of a caution-y feel.

   Was struggling slightly with the yellow on the first version but really digging these, legibility is improved and prefer these colors. Great stuff as ever!
