   This is a quick study for some ideas I've been working on. Mostly made with the warp tool in Illustrator. Very rough study at this point.

   Haha, Terry—I love this! The only thing I would tweak is the brown circles on his cheeks. Are they freckles? Moles? :)

   Well, conceptually I want slightly closed "smiley eyes" with expressive eyebrows above. And the brown circles are supposed to be dirt because he's been working in the mine. Need to make it look more like dirt, I suppose. :)

   Haha well I love it like this too. Maybe if you get too realistic doing your best to make it look like dirt it could lose it's awesome-factor :)
