    I'm set on keeping the actual switch rather muted, with the emphasis on the result of the switch, rather than the actual act of switching.

    It's better and feels more in line with the rest ;) but I think a darker inside color will emphasize the result better.

    Much better us of glyphs. We use campaign monitor at work with our clients, we may use macs but many of them wouldn't have got the old desktop glyph. Much better.
