I hate to go against the grain. I love the overall look. Fantastic. I'm not a fan of the sniper scope u used in the middle though. I think it kills the effect over the design. Maybe simplify?
Nice. I say keep the crosshair. It's a nice added detail that doesn't hurt the design. It thinner lines in the crosshair also helps balance the design as some of the lines and strokes in the design are much thicker.
