Aquila logo plagiarism at 29th International Islamic Unity Conf.

Hello dribbblers friends, I know this is not the right place for it but thought it might be the best place to get help, important information and perhaps a solution to the case.

Yesterday a designer friend sent me a video in which the President of Iran, Mr. Hassan Rohani appears with some other Islamic leaders in front of my logo Aquila (made in 2010 if I remember correctly), at the 29th International Islamic Unity Conference. Actually a copy of a version of my logo, which you can see in this animation.

This is not the final version of the logo, despite being very close, and I have no idea how I could protect my work legally in such a situation.

I'm from Brazil, my client is from Germany and the logo was misused in Iran. I've even discovered that it was also used last year in a golden version in the 28th edition of the conference. I would greatly appreciate it if you could help me on this guys, since this happens all the time with me and I never know how to proceed about and I think this happens to many of you too.
