A mantra to weather storms:

“Roses are Red.

Grass is Green.

The Sky’s Blue.”

We are stretched. Pulled, manipulated and governed.

We are not ourselves. It’s buried. And every day, the stack just gets added to. This is inevitable.

It’s like a drowning loop. You breathe once; and the next several gasps are full of water.

The device that’s constantly attached to you is doing this too:

Lovely, bevelled-edge portals; vibrant - a spectrum of promise; a sold freedom that has been put there by someone (or some company).

Unchecked, we will walk into our own demise.

This artwork stems from S1 E4 of The Michael Singer Podcast by Sounds True, titled ‘Spirituality: The Exploration of Consciousness’. Taking one of Michael’s thoughts on mantras and grounding. As accepting things that are uncomfortable as they are.
