I'm in the process of redesigning my portfolio site and I wanted to come up with a stronger personal brand than I currently have. This is my initial idea.
Nice, much stronger than the current design. Although, I'm not sold on whatever font you're using. What is it? Times New? Something a little closer to what Happy Cog uses in their logo would look a little better I think.
Still playing with the typeface options. This one uses minion pro. I'm going to keep building upon it until I get it somewhere that I'm satisfied with it. It's not there yet.
Another stab at the branding. I like the logomark shape, so that isn't likely to change. This time the type is in museo. I like the "less serious" look of it.
