    Really dig this concept! I added some details to your original.

    1. Corner Radius

    2. Line border color on black, blue and highlights.

    3. Underline border darkened on the blue selected state of the panel.

    4. 1 pixel drop shadow added to indent the top of the panel from the window controls.

    Thanks a lot Matthew, really like what you did there!
    I agree about the radius and the inner shadow at the top gives the right visual feedback for a 'scrollable' area. Thanks! :)

    I think the inner shadow is too hard for Lion, maybe a little less harsh and it's perfect rebound to Fabio's.
