Invisible Cage

We are what we repeat.

By doing certain actions on a daily basis, we create patterns that solidify over time.

An identity is like a tapestry woven from millions of tiny threads , each one representing a little (or not so little) thing we have done over the years.

Identity, like a fingerprint, is what makes us unique. It makes us resonate with other beings.

But it can also constrain us like a tight cage and force us to act in a certain way, forging self-limiting beliefs. We create this invisible cage around our minds, yet we act as if it were real.

It is possible to let go of the tiny threads that we do not want and replace them with new ones that serve a better purpose. But to do this we have to step into the unkown.
