The challenge was to ensure that the redesign catered effectively to diverse user types: service providers, companies' IT departments, and enterprise security offices. The primary hurdles centered on gathering insights from interviews, fine-tuning each webpage, and harmonizing distinct user needs within the 2.0 release.
