Freight Quote Services UI Design

Hi Folks!

I have created a flow for below problem statement -

Create a user-friendly web-portal for obtaining quotes for air and ocean freight rates. The portal should allow users to input details of their shipment, select optional services, and receive accurate quotes for their shipment.

When user lands on this page he will be able to view the 3 options for shipping

1. Ocean FCL (Full Container Load)

2. Ocean LCL (Less than Container Load)

3. AIR

• User must select the type to get the exact quotation

• Once they select the quotes then they have to select Origin, Destination, Cargo details the date of shipment.

• After selecting all the details they have to click on the “Search Rates” where they can get the listing of the rates.

• When user is selecting the Ocean LCL then he have to put the cargo details

• If user wants to add another unit then he have to click on the + Icon

• After clicking on the search rates user will able to see the Login page.

  Why this is important?

  Login is important so that next time they don’t have to fill all the information againthey just need to check their previous selection to proceed with.

• When the user login into the page they will be able to see the listing with all the results.

• They can filter out the the option to get the desired results.

• On the top of the listing user will be able to view the selection they have made, also, they can update the detail anytime while viewing the listing.

• User will be able to view the root and nearest portal of there destination on the quote card.

• User will be able to view the estimated days of by when there shipment can shipped to the destination along with the validation date

• Before selecting any of the rates, user will be able to see the breakdown of the charges.
