Nice. I particularly like the contrast between the left and right columns. Not too subtle, and yet not too distracting.

Love this layout, the subtle split is killer.

This is awesome, Noah. The colours are very kind on the eyes, and the layout is unique without being confusing.

My only suggestions relate to readability. I would suggest bumping up the type size a bit (I say this assuming an older audience is the target for this site). Also, the colour contrast may not be strong enough with the white-on-orange section. I just checked it on Jonathan Snook's contrast checker and found the contrast ratio to be 3.14:1, where the WCAG 2.0 formula requires a ratio of at least 4.5:1.

Other than those two small details, I have to say this is a lovely piece of design work. Can't wait to see it live.

I'll be honest, I really like this for two reasons.

    1) It's great design, pure and simple. Spacing is great, colors work for each other and your attention gets grabbed by just the right things

    2) It's something that literally can help people live better lives

I see a lot of things out there that are just eye candy and there's nothing wrong with that, but it is especially awesome to something that not only looks good but has a real benefit to people's lives.

I thought the TI-85 came with every copy of Photoshop? My bad.

Agree with previous comments that it just feels bright, healthy and uplifting. A solid design portrayed with great sensitivity. And I have no idea how you created that orange area, but it seems to glow the same way and Master's glazed oil painting might when the right light hits it. A treat to view.

Really like it. Very clean, nice on the eyes.

I wonder if the buttons even need that extra polish or would be better off suited as flat colours? You've probably tried this and this may be the better route indeed. My only thought I'd say.

Your designs are extremely refreshing to look at.

Huge fan of this piece, Noah, just as I am of your other work, haha. I particularly like this style a lot – having a variety of content separated by differentiating colors and contrast levels, causing for an interesting and warmly surprising presentation.

One thing that really makes this design for me is all the space around the content. Every section has its place and no crowdedness. Some of smaller/lighter text may be slightly harder to read for some people, so I would consider choosing a bit bolder style. Although, bumping the font size a tad may work just as well.

    Thanks for the inspiration. :)
