   Chris, I think this is money. The combination of the arrow (intention), diamond (resolve) and pupil/sunburst (vision) is just super sweet. Love it.

   It's really nice. The only thing I may try would be to round the edges of the arrowhead and the fletching (I had to look it up) feather a bit to match the worn-edge look of the other pieces.

   This looks sick, but the arrow going through the Resolve throws me off a bit. Kind of seems like you're crossing out the word when it's the most important word in the phrase....
