  • Transparency and completeness of information on the selected teacher

Main Audience:

  • Students - young specialists

  • Mentors - seniors or higher

Limitations and Assumptions:

  • The user must be aware of the skill match with the specialist

  • The user should receive selections of the best teachers

Metrics to measure:

  • Users must join a loyalty program. Must be happy. These are indicators of a good business picture and an increase in the likelihood of joining the royalty program - Click-through-probability (CTP).

  • Users will ultimately recommend the app - NPS, CSAT, Store Rating

  • Time spent on repetitive tasks - Task Score & TCT

Results:

NPS = 100%

CSAT = 100%

SUS = 84.6%
