Thank you :) Some of them happened by 'accident', because I often overlap shapes and then experiment with the layer mode. The darker green was chosen that way, same for the type of blue. It was a very bright blue at first but by choosing 70% darken (overlapping the bright green) it became this less bright blue, which is more subtle and nicer.
They're all nice (also the colors). First row is nice but not 'fresh air', middle row is too green, last row resembles fresh air best. From the last row I prefer the right one (the left looks like it has thunderclouds to me)
Wow thanks for sharing this with us. I love how it starts out just with lines and it evolves with the different iterations. Great work Veerle. I'm a huge fan of your work.
Lovely as always. I'm a big fan of the bottom left one's cloud colors and of the bottom right one's cloud shape--the left side of the cloud feels a little less wonky in that one.
The bottom right option is definitely my pick of the bunch. The contrast between the cloud and the sky is good, the air flow and rounded corners work well together, and the colors are great.
A few of the others where the white air flow comes back in to form a sort of "swoosh" just makes me think of the Nike logo, which is why I like the bottom right option, which doesn't have this detail.
I like the overall shape of the bottom right one best, but the colors of the bottom left one. The cloud just feels better when it goes all the way to the left.
Now, taking the shape of the bottom right one, I would make the curve of the bright green part a little bit more rounded at the top, so as to make the white "flow" a little bit more. Now it gets "fat" too soon.
Beautiful. I know others have already mentioned it, but the colours are really beautiful.
The way the lines flow from narrow to open is really quite nice, but it got me wondering about what the final design would look like reversed. It seems to flow from right-to-left, and thus against the expected left-to-right flow. I wonder if this makes the design feel more open?
Very nice.
For those who use transparency in Illustrator a lot: Check out the ready keyboard shortcuts for opacity. Just add numeric 1, 2, 3 etc for 10%, 20%, 30% etc... 0 for 100% and Shift 0 for 0%
Thank you for the awesome comments! :) The one I used in the logo proposal is the bottom right one.
@Miro Keller thank you, I might try this out and see if it improves the flow indeed. Sounds like a good suggestion to try out for sure.
@Matt Ward interesting :) Not sure why I suddenly decided to mirror things here. I'm the wrong person to "see" things like that as I have trouble with left and right etc. :)
@Sigurdur Armann... I didn't know. Will check this out!

Flow and flurry. I feel like I'm in those clouds, on those fields. Great!
