#7 - Ruul Testimonials Redesign

Design: Concept testimonials design for Ruul.

Goal: Increase social proof and trust.

How did I do it?

  • Specified the section to only include customer support-related reviews.

  • Included the average responsive time as well.

  • Added a link to Trustpilot with the number of reviews to show these are real testimonials (and that there are more available).

  • Highlighted important parts to increase scannability.

  • Provided more information about the user, such as their profile picture and location, to increase authenticity and humanize the testimonials.

  • Showed more testimonials in the slider.

  • Added 5-stars to make it easier to recognize that these are in fact, 5-star reviews.

  • Included the company's overall Trustpilot score.

Why specified into only CS-related reviews?

  • Their Customer Support team receives a lot of praise. Since this is a fintech app, users tend to be extra cautious with their money. Knowing beforehand that they won't have to deal with chatbots and that they will receive fast, quality support is a key factor in building trust.

  • Having an entire section dedicated to praising the CS team also boosts the motivation of team members within that department.
