Maybe it's because it's zoomed in to full size but I'd maybe tone the grain down a little.
Then again i don't know the scope of the rest of the UI so maybe it fits.

Maybe a little inset shadowing on the bottom edge. Unless the goal is for the top to look tilted in. What do I know?

Looks great. This looks like it could possibly be a design for retina, in which case complaining about the noise/grain doesn't make much sense without the context of seeing it on the device; Which most likely looks great.
Only thing I'd pick on is the highlights around each inactive tab. Seems strange that at the corners the highlight is doubled (brighter). Also, you've probably already checked this, but at 1px it might be too subdued on retina.
Which is another observation, that there's a lot of 1px lines going on here. That can be a dangerous approach when designing @2x designs … but if you've already checked them and they look great on the device … as long as you're okay with the maintainability of it, no rule not to do it.

Hey Josh, Good catch on the corners! I'll have to tweak those some more if I go with this style.
The 1px strokes are all intentional and surprisingly look quite crisp on the device. Love the detailed feedback man!
