Product Overview👀

Egovern offers a comprehensive set of features designed to improve the efficiency and transparency of government and corporate operations. The attendance system ensures accurate recording of employee attendance, while its document handling functionality allows for smooth management of important files, circulars, and task letters. The app also includes a file management system that organizes and secures important data, alongside a news and activity feed to inform all users of the latest organizational updates.

Challenge 🔥

Designing Egovern involved simplifying complex functions such as attendance, document management and news feeds into a user-friendly interface, while ensuring seamless integration and scalability. This demanded innovative solutions and teamwork to create a robust yet intuitive platform.

Result :

The web app design for Egovern draws inspiration from various designs on Dribbble, incorporating a primary color palette influenced by the shade of Chinese orange. By implementing a light mode, the goal is to create a visually appealing interface that exudes vibrancy and modernity while ensuring optimal readability and user engagement.
