UX/UI - Ticket Purchase Flow - Ticketsphere Marketplace

Ticketsphere is a user-friendly Marketplace that simplifies attending events and managing tickets.

I spearheaded the design of the 'Ticket Purchase' feature, focusing on streamlining the user journey. By conducting a comprehensive analysis of our competitors, I was able to distill insights that informed the creation of a straightforward flow diagram.

This approach allowed me to refine the process, significantly reducing the steps required to transition from event exploration to purchase completion. The primary goal was to enhance the user experience, ultimately driving higher lead conversion rates through an optimized, user-centric design strategy.

This modal presents the event details, thoughtfully designed to accommodate events spanning multiple dates.

It ensures users have access to comprehensive information, allowing for informed decision-making if an event has several dates to choose from.

In this section, users are prompted to choose both the quantity and type of tickets. To streamline the selection process and enhance usability, I integrated a '+1' button for adjusting ticket quantities.

This intuitive feature reduces the interaction effort required, making the selection experience smoother and more efficient for users.

At this stage, users are asked to input their contact information to receive their tickets. To enhance the purchasing experience and reduce friction, I strategically positioned this request towards the final steps of the transaction process.

Additionally, I implemented a session timeout feature, ensuring that tickets being actively purchased are reserved for the user during this period.

In the final step, purchasers are presented with a detailed overview of their transaction, including the option to download the invoice for their records. Following this, the tickets are promptly dispatched to the email address provided, ensuring a seamless conclusion to the purchase process
