I like it, the subtlety of the key. The only thing that I would like to offer up is that I would expect both purple p's to have the key effect, otherwise it feels a little off balance, or something is missing.
I was thinking that if you made the black 'p' the key, then that solves that problem and also maybe, is more relevant as its associated with 'pass/enter/unlock/key'. If it was called Purple Key then fair enough, but wondered wondered what that would look like?
