This app redefines dining convenience by offering a unified platform for accessing a wide range of restaurants and coffee shops. Users earn unique points that they can spend flexibly at any participating venue, revolutionizing the way people engage with culinary experiences.

As the lead product designer, I defined the design process from conception to execution, overseeing the development of the proposal, business canvas, and user journey flow charts. I transformed conceptual ideas into actionable plans, guiding the team through every stage of implementation.

The journey encompassed every stage of product design, from conceptualization to execution, including formulating the proposal, crafting the business canvas, and mapping out user journeys through detailed flow charts. Business model canvas

The Business Model Canvas served as a comprehensive blueprint, outlining our goals, target audience, suggested values, roles, income streams, and acts of service. It provided a structured framework for aligning our strategic vision with the needs of our audience while identifying key revenue streams and operational roles essential for sustainable growth.

User Journies

The user journeys were meticulously defined and refined through collaborative meetings involving key stakeholders, where each role was carefully considered. It was the responsibility of the design team to visualize these discussions into accurate maps, which would later undergo thorough investigation and testing to ensure the elimination of any potential hidden routes or obstacles.
