Thank you for all the feedback! Yeah - that vignette has been a bit of a challenge. Started with some hard tree-shapes - which looked pretty cool - but then client ended up wanting a landscape image at the bottom - and then the logical thing seemed to be to put the top image in the clouds. And I used a watercolour reveal before - and feared becoming a one-trick pony. Finally - because the full pages are loaded with boxy shapes (see attached) - I felt needed something to break it up. Whew! Sounds like I need to prove the value of the vignette by improving it.
