Looking good! I agree the footer could use a bit of massaging.
For me the biggest thing is the circle for "go to top" feels very uncomfortable in the space.
Also, I see an opportunity to break "Independent Distributor/of Viceroy Homes", to give more space in the columns.
Hmm, I agree with the line break from Joel, but I don't mind the "go to top" button. I think what I don't like is the fade from the brown/grey to the stone. Can you more or less just use the stone image screened back much more subtle across the whole footer so it's more like a texture? I like the photos being used as is. Would love to see more!
for me, I still might lightly texturize the grey/brown stone faded area, just a little would really set that area off for me. I agree with Joel & Anthony as well, the to top button seems a little "off" for me as well. But overall love the direction you are taking this.
I agree with the others on the fade to make it textured across. Screening it to the darker color could work. And if the stones don't look right then scrap it for something more subtle or totally. I'm liking everything else.
Thank you all for your great suggestions - and for taking the time to compose them. Yeah - it was feeling a bit off to me too. This is awesome feedback - I'll try some of the suggestions out and will hopefully fix this thing! :)

Waiting for better catalog image and background image to add. Any advice on improving footer area will be most welcome.
