P.S. background image will be same for any specific question and it's interactions/flows.

About Temporary Work Assessments:
The purpose of this app is to support Councils in the process of on-site risk assessments. This app will allow staff to capture on site hazards more quickly and efficiently. And this will ensure the site and facilities are made safe for its users whilst temporary works are undertaken at the facility.
