UX Design for Color of Change

Design Thinking

When Color of Change came to us, they were using 16 different tools internally to manage their workflow.

We worked with them to send out surveys to multiple departments, conduct design sprints with over 20 people, and chatted with their leadership teams to make sure we understood their end goals.

The Output

The research and conversation with actual end-users helped us as we designed a new tool that replaced 60% of their current internal tool stack.

We worked closely with their engineering team to create annotated components, ensuring proper roll out and could easily be tweaked in the future.

Keep Iterating

We then conducted usability tests with their team as the tool was being built out.

After making any necessary iterations after these convos, we wrapped up design and handed everything off to the PM & engineering team.
