Careers site for the new age of flexible work
The IBM Careers site is the most visited section of ibm.com and serves as the main platform for job applications at IBM. IBM had a target of hiring 90,000 people annually. However, the site faced issues due to outdated design, poor performance on mobile devices, and insufficient search optimization, among other challenges.
We focused on improving search engine optimization (SEO), content strategy, user experience (UX), and visual design to address these issues. The primary objective was to enhance the application process by reducing the time it takes for applicants to submit their applications, starting from the posting date.
