National Bank of Kenya Redesign - 2020

Sharing some of my work earlier on in my career.

National Bank of Kenya(NBK Bank) is one of the top banks in Kenya that offers a range of finance products like savings accounts, loans, insurance, investments, debit & credit cards, & other banking services. In Sep 2019, it was acquired by Kenya Commercial Bank, Kenya’s largest and oldest bank.

There are always great complexities and opportunities that come from acquisitions and mergers. One opportunity is the ability for brands to redefine their processes and service delivery. National Bank was looking to streamline their online site experience. I led the team in the design of the project to help improve the overall customer experience through a simplified and insight-based user journey.
