Our team took on the challenge to enhance the user experience and performance of the #1 Canadian immigration news portal, CIC News, with over 1.5 million unique monthly visits!
We started our work with a UX audit and collect critical performance and user engagement metrics which led us to complete website redesign!
The CIC website had its own User Experience and UI specifics, so our team intensely studied best industry practices to deliver the best outcome.
With all that said, we managed to exceed the benchmark and our work resulted in:
