Join in the Community

The three elements shown were looking a little plonked on the site and all comments were hidden (theres a count missing from the heading here too).

The aim was to group the different elements, with a better design and also giving better indication when comments were available. Also this should suit instances where 1 or 2 of these elements are not required on specific pages
