The Nice List 2.0 - Improved UX via Likert Implementation

TL;DR - Santa's "Nice List" is broken. So I designed this UI to help illustrate a solution to the problem and thus secure a higher position on said list.

Delving into the intricacies of holiday logistics, one cannot help but detect an inherent UX challenge within Santa's Naughty vs. Nice paradigm. Presently structured as a binary radio selector, this dichotomous classification lacks the sophistication required to address the nuanced and ambiguous nature of human behavior. The implementation of a multi-select or, alternatively, a Likert scale emerges as a strategically superior alternative. By incorporating these advanced interaction models, Santa's evaluative process could transcend the limitations of a binary system, affording a more granular and psychologically nuanced comprehension of individual conduct. This enhancement fosters a more personalized and empathetic experience.

In proposing this UX refinement for Santa's Naughty vs. Nice classification, I aim to contribute not just as an advocate for superior design principles but also as one whose position on the Nice List could be considered... complex (and possibly tenuous). As a gesture of goodwill, I've therefore taken the liberty of crafting a sample UI that visualizes the potential of this enhancement. By doing so, my intention is to showcase not only the theoretical underpinnings of the proposed modification but also to secure an improved position for myself within the existing operational framework.

On a related note: This year I would like a pony... and a pirate ship.
