Love it but not a fan of text in iOS icons. May not scale well, would probably look as awesome, if not more awesome, without it. MAYBE

I think I agree with Markus, at least in terms of scalability. There's a lot of detail there (very sexy detail, mind you) that probably won't translate well to a small size. I *love* the shadowbox look, though; definitely think you have something going there. One other observation is that, if you do decide to stick with text, there isn't a lot of contrast between the text and the headphones, with them both being white. I had a hard time reading "Bander" at first, so maybe consider using something a bit more robust to boost the contrast. Overall, though, it's very awesome looking (and way better of an illustration than I could do). Keep it up, you're headed in the right direction!
