   Awesome stuff. I really like your "States", they are bold and clean. I'm not sure about the blue links for all of the tickets though as it makes me feel as they are all "new". I think you should set the links as their own color regardless of "open" or "new".

   Lastly, I think tickets would have Titles and not Names. I name something I want to get attached to, like a pet. I'm never going to want to name a trouble ticket, hehe.

   I think if you add a hover state to the rows and have the whole row as a button (always a good call regardless) its not a big deal using a black or gray for the ticket titles.

   I'd like to see further distinction between the sort bar color and the alternate table row color. Otherwise, love the direction you're taking here, Josh.
